CERTA APPLICATOR SAFETY TRAINING

The CERTA training program is ideal for contractors whose work involves torch applications. Our program trains experienced roof system installers on the safe use of roofing torches used to  apply polymer-modified bitumen roofing products.  CERTA training shows how proper roof system configuration design and application techniques can result in fire-safe installations.

MRCA's CERTA Training: All classes from 8:00 AM - 4:00PM (Eastern Standard Time)

1. Complete the Online Form

2. A CERTA trainer will contact you to confirm your course date

• MRCA requires at least a 2-week lead time when scheduling a class
  

3. Follow the directions in your emailed receipt

• Download the class handouts
• Email your roster to CERTA

4. Participate in your CERTA Course

• If you scheduled a virtual class, a link to join your teleconference will be emailed to you prior to the class
  

5. Watch the following video to learn more about the 'hands-on-evaluation' portion of the course
