MRCA's CERTA Training: All classes from 8:00 AM - 4:00PM (Eastern Standard Time)

1. Complete the Online Form

2. A CERTA trainer will contact you to confirm your course date

• MRCA requires at least a 2-week lead time when scheduling a class
  

3. Follow the directions in your emailed receipt

• Download the class handouts
• Email your roster to CERTA

4. Participate in your CERTA Course

• If you scheduled a virtual class, a link to join your teleconference will be emailed to you prior to the class
  

5. Watch the following video to learn more about the 'hands-on-evaluation' portion of the course
