The purpose of this summit is to assist MRCA Members that are signatory to various craft unions by providing labor relations education, settlement statistics and a forum to exchange information and best practices for collective bargaining.

Do you know if you have an 8F or a 9A agreement? What if you’re faced with a decertification election? Do you understand how unfunded pension liability is calculated? How are new agreements formed (for a new scope or a new market) and how are old agreements dissolved? It’s survival of the fittest – or at least the well informed!
